For whom is this course intended?

This course is perfect for you if you've already encountered the term complexity and want to deepen your understanding of it. This often happens in the context of VUCA and agile training. As a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or similar roles, you will find numerous background information and systemic connections here.People from transformation teams or a Lean Agile Center of Excellence (LACE) will also feel well-supported. Agile roles will gain a much better understanding of the WHY? and can transform their organizations in a more targeted way.
However, the primary focus here is on complexity and not agility. So, it's perfectly fine if your organization doesn't operate within a framework like Scrum or SAFe.
