Learn how to give your team the right polish!

This workshop empowers you to create the ideal conditions for your team's self-organization while fostering the growth of both individual team members and the team as a whole. You'll gain insights into a variety of practical tools and methods to experiment with your team, including the use of the Team Decision Matrix to support decision-making processes and techniques for giving and receiving constructive feedback. Together, we'll also develop a plan to enhance team satisfaction, turning joy at work from an exception into the norm.

Who is this course for?

This interactive workshop on Agile Team Leadership is highly recommended if you hold any kind of leadership position.

This includes traditional senior and middle management roles, team and group leaders, as well as project managers and project coordinators. If you’re familiar with Agile, this is ideal for roles like Product Owner, Product Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach. The workshop is also highly relevant for HR professionals and people development specialists.

Will I receive a certificate?

Participants receive the 'Agile Team Leadership Workshop Certificate of Attendance' from Management 3.0.  This certificate of participation is one of four certificates from the Management 3.0 specialisation in agility.

Can I get a company invoice?

Of course. Not all companies 'like' Klarna. If you need a quote from us in advance for your purchase or want to order on account right away, let us know. We will be happy to create a personalised company invoice for you (PO number, supplier portal, etc.).

Do you also run in-house courses?

Yes, we can do that. Please send us a short message with your requirements. We will be happy to provide you with an offer tailored to your needs.

What do I need for the remote course?

We are using MS Teams for our call and Miro as a collaboration tool. You will of course need a device to run these tools, a camera and a microphone. If you have questions regarding the tools feel free to contact us. We are happy to assist.
