Has your organization taken its first steps with SAFe and gained some initial experience? Typically, roles like Scrum Master and Product Owner have already been trained, and decision-makers have familiarized themselves with the framework through the Leading SAFe course, giving the go-ahead for implementation. (Not quite there yet? We’re happy to support you in developing a roadmap.)
Now it’s time to prepare the teams for the upcoming PI Planning event. In the in-house SAFe for Teams training, the future teams learn how to collaborate effectively. They also gain a solid understanding of Lean Thinking and the key processes and events within SAFe.
The training works best when scheduled just before PI Planning—ideally in the same space and with the same tools (e.g., post-its, boards, team spaces). This setup gives the actual PI Planning a noticeable boost!

Is this an official SAFe® course?

Yes, it is! We’re an official Silver Partner of Scaled Agile Inc., and this is an authentic course. To be honest, it's even more than that. We believe two days aren’t enough, so we've added extra content to the course to complement the official material. We think it just makes the experience better—and it will definitely help you progress.

How does the exam process work exactly?

After the course, you’ll gain access to the exam. You then have four weeks to take it independently online on the SAI platform. The exam is “closed-book” and follows a multiple/single-choice format. In our bonus material, you’ll find additional information, practice questions, and exam tips to help you prepare.

For how long have you been doing this?

The Earth has been around for a long time, and we hope it stays that way. (Let’s make a change!) Our trainers have been active in the agile world and with SAFe® for several years. We've guided nearly a thousand people through SAFe® courses, healing minor aches and pains and helping move large corporations forward.

Do I receive PDU & SEU?

Do you also organise the SAFe for Teams openly?

We did it once. But it didn't make much sense. It is already designed in such a way that the ART prepares together for what is to come. If you are travelling alone and would like to get to know SAFe, we recommend our Leading SAFe or SAFe POPM. Feel free to write to us. 

Can this in-house course also be a remote course?

Yes, of course that's also possible, although we believe that something always gets lost when working remotely. We use the course here on a Miro board and can provide MS Teams for communication. You can find the system requirements for MS Teams here and for Miro here.

I can't find a booking button here! How do I proceed?

That is also the intention. As you have probably read, this is an in-house course that should be organised with the entire ART. If you let us know whether it is for 30 or 120 people, we can also provide you with a top offer tailored to your needs. 

SAFe certification without course?

We often get asked if it's possible to obtain a SAFe certification without taking a course. Unfortunately, it’s not. Unlike Scrum.org, where you can choose to take a course or simply purchase an exam voucher and self-study, SAFe requires registration in a course offered by a SAFe provider to access the exam system. The good news is that the exam fees for your first attempt are included, so you won’t need to book the exam separately as you would with other frameworks.
